It is either ½ or 9/16 Sta Set X by New England Ropes. Appears new or lightly used and he never installed it on his boat. The center portions where it has been under load measure ½" but the portions at the end that have not been under load measure 9/16". West Marine website does not help clarify it because it uses both ½" and 9/16" with the same item number, but it does indicate that the red fleck is used only in 9/16 Sta Set X.
