CALIFORNIA CORDAGE® Double Braid POLYESTER Yacht Braid. The classic " Yacht Braid ", polyester double braid has an inner core of polyester hollow braid with a polyester cover.

It is low stretch and has excellent durability. Smaller sizes are ideal for control lines, while larger sizes work well as main sheets, jib sheets and halyards on cruising boats.

It's our most popular line and can be used effectively on nearly any boat. In the Construction and Power/Utility industries, this is the do-all multipurpose rope.

Great as an economic pulling line and most any other use you can think of. Our rope is double braid rope made up of 100% polyester. Adopts high strength nylon at its core to protect the rope from cracking-strong abrasion resistance for long service time. See specific breaking strengths on different sizes below.
